Not currently a paying customer: For new Hindsight Cloud users. Already a customer? Reach out to your account team about expansion credits.

How long do credits last?: 3 months from approval. Use them at whatever pace your product development requires.
What happens after the free credits?: Startup-friendly credit packages as you grow. We work with you on pricing that makes sense for your stage. No surprises.
What can I build with the free credits?: Enough to build and ship a full agent memory system, validate with real users, and determine product-market fit. Most startups run comfortably on the initial credits for months.
How do you decide who gets in?: Two things: Hindsight is embedded in a product you sell to customers, and your usage will grow as that product grows. Agencies, consultancies, custom solution shops, and internal-only deployments aren’t a fit.
Do I need to use the open source version first?: No. Hindsight Cloud is fully managed — no self-hosting required. The OSS project and Cloud are compatible, so you can migrate either direction.
Is there a catch?: No. We want to be the memory layer you build on. If your startup succeeds, you become a paying customer. That’s the business model. No equity, no exclusivity, no strings.
